Communications Committee

Quorum/Election Committee
Canvases shareholders to ensure quorum at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting by attendance or proxy and oversees election process.  For more information contact the Board at berkboard@gmail.com.

Garden Committee
Liaises with Capital Improvements Committee regarding the Berkeley's outdoor garden spaces.  For more information contact Katherine Howard at howfelice@gmail.com.

Capital Improvements Committee

Oversees current renovations in connection with the Berkeley Master Plan. Interacts with the Building Architect to research and suggest possible future capital improvement projects for the short- and long-term.  For more information contact the board at berkboard@gmail.com.
